FL8WARE provides workflow automation, AI integration, and custom development services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
SERVICES
We deliver custom automation solutions based on agreed project scopes. All work is billed according to the engagement model outlined in our proposal or contract.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, the client owns the custom automation logic and integrations built specifically for their use case. We retain the right to reuse general patterns, frameworks, and non-client-specific tooling.
LIABILITY
FL8WARE is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party APIs, platforms, or services we integrate with. We build with best practices but cannot guarantee uptime of external systems.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FL8WARE is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
